As a corrective exercise specialist, Rachel intelligently designs programs that include strengthening and stretching, as well as targeted fascia work.  Through this type of approach physical balance can be achieved, pain can be managed or eliminated and the body becomes more functional for life!
Rachel enjoys sharing her anatomy knowledge with clients about how the body and muscles work and how to use that information to their advantage. She enjoys working with women clients looking to gain strength and develop a deeper connection to their body and mind through movement.
